Placeholder terms. Final wording will be provided before launch and will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The service
QuoteLock provides software for capturing enquiries, issuing quotes, recording customer acceptance and requesting deposits. It is not an accounting, payroll, scheduling or certification system, and it does not provide legal or tax advice.
Contracts and money
Any contract for works is between the trade business and the homeowner. Deposits are paid to the trade business's own connected payment account; QuoteLock is not a party to the works contract and does not hold homeowner funds.
Subscription
Subscription fees are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Either party may end the subscription at the end of the current billing month.
